Quilt Repair and Completion

Some quilts are for everyday snuggling, picnics, or even the family pet. And some quilts are the one your grandmother made, or the one that sat unfinished for twenty years waiting for the right moment, or the one that got loved almost to pieces.
If yours is the second kind, you're in the right place.
You have something special.
Now let's repair it together because you are a pea in my pod. 🩷🫛
What I Repair
-
Replace the binding
-
Close unraveling or open seams
-
Minor tears
-
Finish quilt tops that were pieced but never finished
-
Other damage is evaluated on a case by case basis.
If you're not sure whether what your quilt needs counts as a repair, send me a photo. Some damage is beyond repair. I will always be up front and honest of what I can and cannot do.

How It Works
1. Send photos first. Before you drop anything off or mail anything in, send me a few photos of the damage. I want to see what we're working with. If you are local, I am happy to meet with you in person as well.
2. I'll give you an honest assessment and a quote. No work starts until you approve the plan and the price.
3. Drop it off or mail it in. Local drop-off in McDonough, Georgia, or ship from anywhere in the country. All 50 states welcome.
4. I repair it and photograph it. Then it comes home.

Pricing

Repair pricing depends entirely on what the quilt needs.
I'll always give you a clear quote before any work begins — no surprises, no pressure.
Repair work is priced hourly. I log every minute I work on your quilt. If I come in under my estimate, you only pay for what I worked. If I come in over my estimate, there is no extra charge. Really.
If your quilt has sentimental value, I truly, with all of my heart, understand what that means. I will treat it accordingly.
